Unless you still have it downloaded on your device, you can’t. It was removed from the App Store and Google Play Store.
Although, if you have an Android device, you may be able to download an APK of ‘DIRECTV on the Go’.

There was a post here that said on Jan 23 there will be an update to the new app that may fix the bugs in it.
