On demand movie trouble. Me and Orson Wells

tried to purchase Me and Orson Wells yesterday.  Did not ask or confirm a price.  just started playing.  about 7 minutes in it just stopped and said it did not record all of the movie and was scanning to find it.  then it just stops.  tried it 3 times.  other movie purchases work just fine. 

is this an issue with just that particular movie and what can be done?
