ondemand problem

ok here is the problem i have the same issue alot are having with error message 22 the ip subnet dns and gateway all show up...i am not sure how to open my ports...i have 2 routers one is hooked up the the computer and the other directly to the dvr everything checks out then it tells me i am not cconnected to the internet any help would be great
