Only one channel is distorted

Hello I have an issue with one channel, MPT channel 22 Baltimore Md. Whenever I try to watch anything on MPT/PBS channel 22 the screen is always distorted and pixilated and unclear picture. I have contacted direct tv with this issue and so nothing seems to help. I am wondering if there is a dispute between direct tv and mpt, this is the only channel I have this issue. I have tried restarting my equipment but the problem still exists. Looking for any suggestions thoughts or ideas on how to fix this problem? Thanks
