You need to upgrade that dish since DIRECTV is phasing out MPEG2/SD content on satellite 101 which is the only satellite your old round dish can receive. What are your current receiver models? Call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and have an agent give you a free SD SWAP. Don’t say replacement as they may give you a two year contract if you say that word. 

A technician should come out to replace your boxes, dish, and current wiring if necessary. A new mounting place is required for the dish as the old 18 inch dish pole is only 1.66” in diameter while the new pole that the HD DIRECTV SLIMLINE dishes use is 2” in diameter.

No problem. Just to confirm, what are your current receiver models? Perhaps you may not be able to replace one or some if they are capable of MPEG4/HD.
