Why can’t I watch tv on my Direct TV app on my phone, I keep getting an error message? I’ve never had this issue before

In effort to better assist, please tell us, what error message are you getting when you attempt to access your DIRECTV app?

 

Please make sure that you verify that your receiver is connected to the internet with full authorizations. Also, ensure that you are using the same home network for your mobile device and receiver.

Hello @erikapsonnier! Thank you for reaching back out.

 

The error message you are getting means the package you are subscribed with does not support DIRECTV app. Therefore programs cannot be viewed on your mobile device.

That's a streaming blackout,  not all programs can be streamed just because you can view it on TV doesn't mean that it will be available to stream.

Ah, so I just deleted the app and reinstalled it, it’s working
