Pixelation on NBC4 in Washington
We’re right back where we were several months ago with NBC4 in Washington. The pixelation occurs every minute or so and is very disturbing. It’s not like we’re not paying for this atrocious service. Why can’t directv fix this problem once and for all?

Maybe the issue lies with NBC4 and not DirecTV's equipment?

I have contacted NBC4 and they said it's a fiber optic connection that DirecTV is responsible for.
