How do I stream Big Brother After Dark on my phone when I’m away from my home? When I pull up my playlist, it’s not listed. Only certain shows are listed but not my entire playlist.

I think how it works is you need to be connected to your home DVR to be able to play recorded shows. Or you need to download the recordings from the app if you’d like to watch them while you’re out of your home.

Right. You can only stream from your DVR when you're connected to your home network at home. Otherwise you must download the recording first.
You can also check to see if POP has an OnDemand streaming channel, or App that you can download to your phone.

Hm. I guess I’m unsure how to download when I am connected to my home device. I have other shows downloaded when I pull up my playlist away from home. Not quite sure how I did it though. I’ll try looking for a Pop channel app. Fingers crossed.

How do I download? I can’t even get my entire playlist to appear on my directv app. It’s so frustrating that only some recorded shows are available.

When you’re in the Directv app looking at your recordings, from the top of the list, pull down and it hopefully will refresh. This has fixed it for me when all recordings aren’t showing up. I don’t know why.
I typically use the app only at home, but from what I understand any on-demand recordings you may have would still be in your list, as you’d be able to watch from the app’s on demand library anyway. That may be why you’re seeing some recordings when not at home but not all of them. As for downloading recordings to watch when away from home, any downloadable programs will have a green down arrow button to give you that option. Any on demand recordings won’t be downloadable, but again you should have access to those within the on demand library in the app when away from your home DVR anyway. I hope this helps. It can be frustrating but just keep playing around with it. I’m sure you will work it all out.
