Problem streaming with 3rd party apps with directv log in

im having an issue using my directv username and password on third party sites. normally it would take you to a page to sign in with directv, and now it bypasses that, and goes back to the page and said youre logged in. you then go to watch whatever it is, and find out you arent signed in, then do the process again and there is no where for you to sign in, since there used to be a spot to sign in which is now bypassed

  • Just to clarify, what 3rd party sites are you trying to log into?
  • What device are you trying log in on and are you able to log into your Myatt account?
  • Are you using the DirecTV app?

ESPN.com, NBCsports.com, and Fox Sports. I’m trying to log in on my computer at my house, and yes my password and everything is working for everything else.

Have you tried un-installing and reinstalling the app?

  • This will clear all the cookies and cache.
  • This will bring you back to your page to login.

If you are using a web site, simply clear cache and cookies on your browser.

As above I’ve tried the same. The directv app shows a unknown error (logged out. Deleted. Reinstalled, 20 times now in 4 days. 
Also this error when signing into any app utilizing my directv login and password showing not active. Seems everything is broke and many days and hours on the phone and no help yet.

So for me, it’s seems to be my internet provider is actually blocking the certain directv apps since I do not have directv for internet. I took myself off my WiFi to log in, and it worked completely fine.

Tried on WiFi and off. Same result here. And I have AT&T internet.
