Problems receiving and playing NFL Network

NFL Network is not playing nicely with my receiver. I get sporadic 771 error messages with prompts to switch to a low resolution broadcast. NOTE: this happens in clear weather with no dish obstructions and only on the NFL Network channel. Other times I cannot pause or rewind the broadcast on my Genie receiver. 

NFL Network is the only channel on which I've noticed these problems. 

I've called technical support and they have not been able to troubleshoot the problem. Any advice?

UPDATE: ATT Tech came out today. Said the dish alignment checked out okay but the SWM 16 had "crapped out". Replaced it with the updated hardware and was confident that would fix the problems.

Does that solution make sense to you?

I'll report back if the problems still persist.

Almost certainly a dish alignment issue.  I'm pretty sure NFL is on 103CA, TP 18, what's your signal strength on that transponder?

103(ca) TP 18 is testing at 83. Clear blue sky. Channel was not having the problems when I ran the test.

maybe but i don't see why this would only affect one channel

Just a quick FYI follow-up. Haven't had the problem since the tech updated the hardware. Can't explain the one-channel thing, but I assume it did the trick. Thanks TexasBrit!
