Problems with Fox Business broadcast

check the signal on 99cb transponder 8 and post back

Reading is 94. System test threw code 59-522

I don't have an error 59 in my list, apart from a code 59 coming from windows.

With a signal strength at 92 this problem must be coming from the source. Is the problem with both programming and commercials?

Rechecked.  Strength is 94-95 on all 5 tuners for 99(cb) transponder 8.

Problem is intermittent. Quality on programming and commercials is similar.

While diagnosing I found video format on "stretch" and reset to "original format".  Right now picture is ok.

Any idea on where to look for that diagnostic code? The display said 59-522. Is the error 59 or 522? Is 522 a subcode?
