program guide has wrong description for movies with titles shared other movies
For the several months now, the movie "Gun Shy" currently showing on AMAXHD (but as it has shown on other channels as well) has had the description for the 2000 movie starring Liam Neeson .. but the actual movie being played is "Gun Shy" from 2017 starring Antonio Banderas.
This type of error has occurred on other movies with shared titles ("Nobody's fool" title is used by at least 3 very different movies and others )
Obviously movies with shared names can be confusing, but there should be a process for detecting and correcting these kinds of errors in the descriptors within the program guide.
Please fix this type of error on the program guide's program descriptors.

DTV has no control over the guide data sent to them by the guide maker.

Let me re-phrase my original posting... (errors in guide data)
If Directv purchases a service or product, and this product has a impact on the perceived quality of it's own products or services, why wouldn't Directv ask it's supplier to resolve any deficiencies in what was being provided to them?
I would expect DTV is an important enough client for these data services to have some influence.
