Program Titles Missing

Many of my Direct Channel Stations do not have program titles. It is impossible to record programs and difficult to know what is actually on TV.

What DVR model number do you have?

First thing to try is resetting it using the red button near the access card.

I'm not sure its a DVR problem, but I'll try doing that. It seems strange that much of the programming is just a blank slate with no programs listed on channels that I know have regular programs. I have to go to DirectOnline to see what is on. Thanks.
