Purchased movie but says i still need to rent

Yes, I purchased the movie shrek like months ago, as in when I first had my directv hooked up and now it’s saying I have to rent it. When I’ve already bought the movie. So please tell me why I have to rent the movie I have already paid 12.99 for to buy it.

We're happy to help you here! Are you getting any error code? And also, were you able to watch your purchased movie before?  

 

To get started, please confirm your internet connection status, then Refresh your DirecTV equipment and try again.  

 

Also, remember to check the policies for content purchase to ensure that the Pay Per View events have not expired.
