Purchased movie

Why is a previously purchased pay per view movie only showing a few minutes the a black screen?

Hi @Hicksjoew ! Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Let's make sure that the main receiver is working properly.


You can:
1. Unplug your receiver's power cord from the electrical outlet, wait 15 seconds, and plug it back in.
2. Press the Power button on the front panel of your receiver. Wait for your receiver to reboot.

If the Pay Per View movie is still not showing up after that, let us know.
