Purchased Movie
I purchased a movie some time ago and have watched it several times.
I was going to watch it today but the movie magically disappeared from my Purchase List.
Any ideas how this happens??

Did you purchase the movie or rent the movie? Have you tried restarting the receiver? Do you have DIRECTV STREAM or directv satellite service?

This was a purchase from some time ago.
Yes, i did restart my reciever.
The movie shows up in the android app.

I just got off the phone with Directv support.
I also found that according to the android app i purchased the movie on 6/20/2022.
They tell me the movie doesn't show up on my bill.
According to support the movie (Four Rooms) is not available any more on Directv.
Regardless, I did purchase this movie!
I'm not sure what Directv is trying to pull but I am not happy about this. It makes me wonder what other movies I purchased don't show up.

I was able to purchase the movie on Roku.
