RedZone error message

I have the Sports package and can not access channel 211 from the receiver.  I can stream with the app, I am not sure what the issue is with the channel on the receiver?

Try both a red button reset and logging onto your account to refresh the service authorizations to the box. See if that get it to recognize what you should have.

What model are your boxes?

Do each have the issue?

What error message do you get?

Anything change just before the problem?

Other channels with this issue or just RedZone?

Did you just get the Sports Pack or have had it for awhile?
