Can live or dvr recorded programs be watched on a mobile phone when away from home?
1. Some live channels are available for streaming via the DirecTV App on your mobile phone.
2. No, you cannot view DVR recordings when out-of-home. You would need to first download those recordings from your Genie DVR to your mobile phone using the DirecTV App while your phone is connected to the same home network as your Genie DVR. Then you can view them wherever for up to 30-days.
