return label for mini genie
I received a replacement mini genie, which I paid $23 in shipping for, and put the old mini genie in the box and affixed the label provided. The directions were to take to UPS or Fedex. The local UPS said to drop in FexEx drop off box. I did. Next day FedEx delivered back to my house. I chased the truck and asked FedEx guy why he brought back the package and he showed me where the label, which AT &T sent, was not a return to them , only delivery to me. I spent more than an hour asking for a return label and 3 "barely" intelligible personnel stated their records showed I was given a return label. I asked for a mailing address so I could overnight it. They refused and continued to say"our records show you received a return label". They couldn't comprehend that they had sent a label but it was the wrong label. Mental midgets. I suppose they think I am collecting return labels. This is AT&T's fault. How far AT&T has sunk in customer service from the days of Southern Bell. I called again and wasted time getting the same results.Now I have to drive 70 miles round trip to a FedEx store to see if they can help.
