Right arrow does nothing

Finally got around to hooking up by HR22-100 to the internet.

- All the networking configuration is done and it's been setup now for 3 days.
- DirecTV On Demand seems to work just fine and I've downloaded some movies already.
- Network Services are configured manually with two ports that are open on my firewall and their onscreen test functions confirms Network Services are working and communicating with DirecTV.
- I've logged onto TVApps.DirecTV.com and can see this HR22 family room receive and my Bedroom HR22 receivers in the drop down. I can can configure apps and save settings.

That's all great. Unfortunately, pressing the right arrow on the receiver does nothing. I've tried some strange suggestions I've already read such as pressing the button multiple times and/or holding it down for 30 seconds. Nothing works. I haven't tried hoping on one foot while I sing the DirecTV jingle, but I would try it if someone says it will work 🙂

Does this TVApps service really work yet? The website was really buggy and gave me the impression this was all still a big Beta test. Are we wasting our time here?

I didn't even bother calling DirecTV. I am guessing they would be clueless and felt this was my best shot at an answer. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
