RVU connection error
My Samsung Television was working fine yesterday before I went to work.
Came home last night and there's a message that says, "you need a wired connection to use RVU. Please connect a network cable."
No one has changed any settings on the television. All apps are working fine...Netflix,, Hulu. Disney+, etc. Please help.

Check the back of the TV to be sure the ethernet is tightly connected to the television. Also make sure the Genie and the Samsung TV are properly connected to the Internet. If you are sure of all of these circumstances, reset the Genie receiver by popping open the access card door and clicking the red reset button. If you have an HR54, the reset button is to the right side of the receiver where the access card is. Once the receiver has been completely restarted, the connection between the Samsung TV and Genie should be reinitialized and work again.
