Satellite direct TV not connecting to LG TV
I just bought a
LG OLED48A2PUA 4K SMART OLED TV
I have the Direct TV satellite box connected via HDMI cable to the tv.
However I cannot see any Direct TV logo/option on the LG home screen to access the Direct TV content.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A SATELLITE CONNECTION NOT A STREAMING SITUATION.
LG says to get directions from Direct TV, but I can't find any

What HDMI port is the DIRECTV receiver connected to on the TV? You'd need to use the LG remote and go to the INPUT menu to select the appropriate HDMI that the DIRECTV receiver is connected to. For example, if the HDMI cable you are using is plugged into the LG TV's HDMI1 port, you'd want to go to the INPUT menu on your LG TV (using the LG TV remote) and choose HDMI1. Thereafter, your DIRECTV receiver should show a picture on a TV. If not, ensure that the directv receiver is turned on (there should be a light on the front lit up) and that the HDMI connection between the DIRECTV receiver and LG TV is snug.
