Saving Content

I realize that EVERYTHING you DVR is copyrighted, but with said, I have several clips of myself on news shows I'd like to save. There must be a way around the DRM to save isn't there? I'm 50 and really not interested in charging people to watch first run 'bootleg' full movies. 🙂

You can copy programming from a HD DVR is SD by using a DVD recorder, VCR, or a video capture card on a computer.  You connect the HD DVR to the recording device via composite yellow cable plus RCA audio and play back the program and record at the same time.
