for the last couple of days programs I have set to record are coming in as last chance

We are here to help, @hgrafbr.
When the shows or episode show last chance that means that they will be deleted or removed soon. We recommend that when ever you record a show that you have it set to save until I erase so that you can keep the episode for however long you want.
