Scoreguide app not loading

DVR/Receiver model number?

First thing to try is resetting the DVR/Receiver using the red button near the access card.

First look and see if your receiver has received a Software update --if so, then use your remote and menu -search (type) clearmybox --Search -then search all your receiver will reboot --Note: it will take 24 to 48 Hours for your guide and VOD to fully update.

You could also try and Test your internet setup

Can someone tell me how to to access,and/or, load the Boxscore or Line Scores feature of the Scorecard App? March Madness is here! 1st round games begin at NOON!!! HELP!!!

While my Scoreguide does load, it is the boxscore/line score feature which won't load. HELP!!!
