Screen blackout on new Samsung 50 inch tv when I put up the directv guide.
The picture on my new Samsung tv is fine but when I hit the 'guide' button on my Directv Genie Mini the screen blacks out as I am scrolling several times and acts like the receiver has lost power. It then comes back after a few seconds but is very annoying. I also have a Spectrum receiver hooked into the tv and this does not do this when I put up the guide. I have checked all settings -- energy saving, etc. but no solution. Any thoughts? Thanks

Approximately how many seconds does the screen go black after you hit the guide button?

For just a second or two but every time I scroll down on the guide OR put up another screen such as "Menu" or 'Settings' on the Directv remote.

I reset the DirecTV receiver and it still has the same problem. I appreciate your help on this but I'm sure it's a Samsung problem, not a Directv one.
