When you download the program, part of the process calls for you to enter your email address and press a red submit button. In response to that you'll receiver an email with a registration/serial number. If you didn't get it, look in your junk mail filter. If you still can't find it, you'll need to go through the download process again. You don't need to reinstall the program, but you do need to download the program following the "submit" button. Note that any number can only be used a single time.
