Sign In Error

This User ID doesn't seem to work here. Please sign in with different ID. Care Code: 205.4

I tried resetting, changing passwords,
redownloading the app and keeps saying the same thing

Do you still get this message when trying to sign in from a different device? You may want to Refresh your Service to resend authorizations.

@ATTHelp We have the same error on three Apple iPads in our family, and one is brand new. Contacted DirecTV tech support, they have resent my password two different times, still the same error keeps occurring.

Doesn't the refresh only work with DirecTV equipment?

I am experiencing the same issue on my ipad, iphone and appleTV. I've reset my id's and passwords several times - SAME ERROR appears. DIRECTV FIX THIS ISSUE!!

Same here on multiple Channel Apps on IOS including the TV Provider setting in the IOS.
