Signal Issue 771 - Pixelated Picture (certain channels)
Receiver: Only one connected in my living room. HR44-700.
*See the attached picture for my current satellite signal strength and picture of the issue.*
So I’ve had this issue for maybe a year now...never had it checked yet. Any idea of what it could be? If it is something that I can troubleshoot myself or if a technician needs to come out? The 771 issue and pixelation seems to happen on certain channels and may ask me to switch to SD. Even after switching to SD there is still issues.

Hello @missmelanie83, we’ll be glad to help with your DirecTV.
Something is not allowing your satellite signal to get in.
This could be from an obstruction like a tree in the dish's line of sight, a problem with the dish's alignment, or something in the cabling.
We’d suggest logging into our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool for steps to try. The tool may also be able to schedule a technician if one is needed.
