signal lost numerous times every day

When watching any live channel or a recorded show from the DVR, the service just stops working. Not error code is displayed. Sometimes the service restarts on it's own within a few minutes. Sometimes we must reset the main Box 1-4 times. This happens every single day of the week.

What DVR/Receiver model numbers do you have?

Define "stops working"? What exactly do you see when the service stops working? Frozen video? Black screen?

C51-700 Receiver/box
Picture freezes for a second, screen turns blue and says DirecTV connecting...
