Getting readings on 101 but nothing else. HD channels not working

are you actually seeing zero signal strength on ALL the hd satellites?

Sound like your dish aim is off. Who installed the dish? A DirecTV tech can fix this for you. Call them. Or search for YouTube videos on the process if you want to try it yourself.
