I bought direct tv SOLEY to watch NFL… Sunday pass doesn’t work. Keep getting the error message above. Found several help forums all with the same useless docu linked about clearing the cache, checking internet connection etc. I’ve tried it all… it’s a direct tv problem and its bullsh*t. Fix it!!!

They monopolize the out of network NFL watching… at least make sure it WORKS

me too. My Sunday morning was spent going on forums and waiting for the chat help and it seems like no agents are available. I paid almost $300 for this.

Are you a Directv Satellite customer or a Directv Streaming Customer and did you pay for the NFL Sunday Ticket Service? This is only offered on Directv Sat Service and you do not get this service for free you have to pay for it. It is not available for Directv Streaming Customers!

Yes I bought it… worked fine last week! Also bought sat but they have not come yet and I am in an apartment complex- was able to watch Sunday pass all last year as a student without either purchase, so I’m doubtful that the sat vs streaming is the issue

If you did not pay for the sunday ticket service you would not have even gotten to the screen sarah is talking about. You would have to login first and then once you click on a particular game you get the above message.

Also will kick on and off so I don’t think it’s a subscription issue- just an excexution issue

It seems there is some kind of issue with it since there are so many that seem to be having the same issue. Hopefully, they will resolve this for you as soon as possible!

Yes please give me a $25 refund. I paid (A LOT) for a service that I’m not receiving. You also make it impossible to speak with someone to

Having the same problem here! Last week I couldn’t login even though I had the correct password because I logged in on Saturday and paid. This week, the games were working and now they won’t load and are saying service unavailable. Based on my phone calls, NFL Sunday ticket customer service is closed on Sunday which is ridiculous!!!

Extremely (Edited per community guidelines) at DirectTV. This is why they are losing this package next year. Hopefully Apple scoops it up!
