Spectrum Sports channel 691 Missing
Directv has not had Channel 691 Spectrum Sports Channel for several weeks now. Have called customer service/tech support multiple times and have been told that it is a broadcasting issue. Don’t know what that means and Directv can’t provide a resolution date.

I just tuned into 691 and the channel is fine. What happens when you tune to 691? Error messages?

Surprisingly the channel came back on an hour after I posted and I got to caught the Laker game but now is gone again. Error Code 721.
Directv must still working out the issue; my understanding is that all of SoCal Directv customers are impacted.

Still working, there must be something wrong in your account info to be getting a 721 not subscribed error code

It not a black out situation. The channel is completely out. Not just the games.
as mentioned Directv know of the issue, just they have not been able to provide a resolution date.

Everyone gets the same satellite signal so its not a transmission problem. The 721 indicates its an authorisation problem. Nothing you can do until Directv fixes it.
