Stop recordings on unsubscribed channels
I have set up “my teams” to record my favorite teams’ games. However, games that are on channels I do not subscribe to end up appearing in the recorded show section but nothing is recorded. How can I eliminate the initiation of recordings on unsubscribed channels? I don’t wish to change my subscription plan, just avoid notification that a game has been recorded but has not actually been recorded.

Right, it doesn't work, we get this every few months for a few years.

You need to use the guide to setup the recording on the channel and time.

Thank you. Unfortunately, that negates the use of the “my team” function….where games for your selected teams are automatically recorded without the need for manually setting them up. Is there no way to edit the recordings such that recordings are only attempted on subscribed channels?
