Streaming MLB Ticket on my iPad.
Downloaded the DTV app.
When I try and watch a baseball game (I am subscribed to MLB Ticket) it won't load and says I need to subscribe.
I AM SUBSCRIBED.
So what is the deal? Why I can I view this content t I paid for?

Does the channel work fine on other devices? Also, what app are you using? If you are using the newer ‘DIRECTV’ application that combines satellite and stream accounts together, it currently has several bugs being that it recently debuted. Continue to use the older ‘DIRECTV on the Go’ or ‘DIRECTV for Tablets’ application as in your scenario you are using an iPad.

DTV on the go no longer loads, tells you to download the newer version.
Spent a LONG time getting shuffled around ATT to find an answer.
yeah, they blame some of this on their app. I have been a customer for more than 7 years and the app has never worked correctly. How long does it take to get it right?
Apparently you have to log in over at MLBTV in order to get this to work, but that website doesn't give you that option. DTV gave me a phone number to call them. Maybe when I have a spare hour I can do their job.
Not particularly happy as you can tell.

Please, make sure the app doesn't have any pending updates on the app store. In case this doesn't work, you can try to look for another app that is called "DIRECTV app".
Let us know how everything goes after that.
