Streaming on different devices/locations

Considering changing to Direct TV to watch Fox RSN.
How many devices can be streaming  simultaneously?
Can the devices be in different locations/cities?
Are Fox Regional Sports Networks able to be streamed in multiple devices/locations simultaneously?
Thanks!

DirecTV is service by satellite, not a streaming provider. So the streaming option is a secondary perk, that typically only allows 1 stream at a time.

Depends on the exact game if streaming location may affect viewing as the leagues and teams run their own blackout rules.

If you are in Choice or above you get your in-market RSNs. Check www.directv.com/rsn to verify if the one you are asking about is available for you.

Thanks! I appreciate the info. I do understand how RSN channels work when it comes to sports and blackouts and that DirectTV is not a true streaming service.

I didn’t make my question too clear.

So, with DirectTV, you can only stream one channel at a time. What about with the FoxSportsGo (soon to be Balley) app? We have a son in college and we’d like to share our account with him to watch Tampa Bay Rays games. I’m asking specifically about the limitations of streaming DirectTV through the DirectTV app and the FoxSportsGo app. How many people can watch simultaneously? Does it matter if you are in different cities? (With Hulu, you can’t stream live from different cities but you can with YouTubeTV.)

Thanks so much!
