Sunday NFL Ticket Doesn't work while away from home

I have the Sunday NFL Ticket app installed on my iPad and it works fine when I am at home but not while traveling. I work half the time away from home in Alaska (Home is in Arizona) and when I am in Alaska I cannot view any games. I keep getting an error message telling me that "it looks like I am traveling out of the country and the app doesn't support this". Last time I checked Alaska was still in the United States? I paid over $350 for this programming and I am only able to use it half the time right now. Not having access to stream any game I want to while I am in Alaska is not working for me and for the money I paid to watch any game I want to EVERY Sunday!!!
