Surface Duo and Directv App: No video but sound

This is what it does when someone tries to cast or stream to an external device from the mobile device.

You are on the cutting edge of new technology with this phone, @don10acker! 

After doing some research on the phone, there may be a few things we can try.

• I'm seeing that some apps are not fully compatible...yet. As with most new technology, with more time they will most likely be updated.
• You can try watching through a browser instead of the app, on normal phones, the website will launch the app but I'm not sure if the Surface Duo will react the same. 
• If all else fails, you can use your DIRECTV credentials to use third-party apps, such as ESPN or TBS until we update our app. The only thing missing with this option is the ability to watch recordings while at home but most apps have on-demand and live TV available.

Was Rachel's initial response really "I looked into this and I see our app isn't the only one that doesn't work on the Duo." That's what's wrong with America these days. Folk always wanna pass the buck and shift the blame. Nobody asked about any other app but Directv in this forum. Geez...
