system is in slow motion

everything is in slow motion, changing channels, using the guide, using the list, etc.

have to restart about every two weeks but then it just slows down again  :(

@snapper42 Try changing the batteries on your remote. What I recommend after let a tech find what's the problem on your account. Try getting in touch with 800+288+2020 and request to be transferred to tech department.

You can try a search for       clearmybox         that will dump the guide data and a few other things and it will take a day or 2 to rebuild the guide, any recordings set to record will.
