The APP is asking me for a SERIAL NUMBER - WTH? Any ideas?

Ok so I have a activation key, and that doesn't work for this part - First time installing the software, downloaded from this site, and recieved my activation key right afterwards.. but now I'm stuck on the "Name, Company, Serial Number" screen - What do I do?
