The Radar will not load on The Weather Channel App

Yes we are connected to the internet. Yes as to rebooting all the equipment. We have the BGW210 Router/Brouter. Can't be called a modem because it isn't modulating or de-modulating. The DVR/Satellite equipment is the Model HR54-700. When I run a System test via the menu/settings/info&test, it always come back with results that indicate it passes all tests. The internet speed as tested with all devices shut down except for 1 computer running just the browser comes back with the speed as expected.
