The Weather Channel Red Button
Hi, The Weather Channel Red Button no longer brings up our local weather forecast or the My Cities forecasts. I also notice that the AccuWeather channel 362 no longer brings up our local weather (80027). We really miss those features! Have they been dropped? Or, is the tech team working to bring them back?

Try resetting your box using the red reset button.
What model number box do you have?
