This app is no longer supported

I am trying to watch my app on my SAMSUNG-SM-T677A it says to update. When I click to update it says it is no longer supported. Directvforsamsung for tablets app.  Please help this is the only reason I have this data line is so I can watch my directv on the go.

Let's make sure your device is compatible with the DIRECTV App

 

If your device is compatible let's troubleshoot your device.

  1. Reset the device.
  2. Delete cache and cookies. Varies on phone, browser or device operating system.
  3. Test on another device
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app. (You will lose recordings)
  5. Verify you have the latest software on your phone, tablet, and browser.
  6. Restore your phone. You may lose data such as pictures when performing this. Make sure you back it up.
