Trouble logging into Max on computer, AppleTV, Roku, iPad, and IPhone.

This is a new issue for me. I had the original HBO app before it turned into Max last May. When necessary, I always used my DirecTV account information to log in. I am now having trouble signing into Max with this information. When I try to sign into Max with DirecTV as my provider, the page is redirected to an AT&T login portal. Why? Is this a known issue?

We appreciate you trying the troubleshooting steps provided above. Please try the steps below:

 

1. Change your password on att.com.

 2. Log out and try signing in again with the new password.

 3. If successfully logged in, try to sign in with Max with the new password.

 4. Select DIRECTV as your TV provider.

 5. When flipping to AT&T, sign in with it together with your password.

Thank you for your response, Gabriel. However, there is nothing wrong with my DirecTV ID and password. They work on all the other apps on all of my devices and my computer. The problem I am experiencing is specifically with Max. Here are the screenshots. I cannot sign into Max using my DirecTV ID and password.

Below is the page I am redirected to log into Max.

This is a new issue. I have never had any problems with the old HBO app or the Max app until recently, There is an issue between the Max app, DirecTV, and AT&T.
