Trouble watching on my phone

When I try to watch a network on my phone it says I am not subscribed to the network. I am watch these networks on my tv.

We understand that you're having trouble with signing in to your mobile app. Don't Worry, we can help with that.

Have you tried changing your password and then try logging in?
