Are you sure that the DTV receiver also came on? If so then check to make sure you are on the correct input for DTV as some TVs revert to the ANT input if they lose power.
Use the TV remote Input/Source button to cycle through the inputs until DTV shows up (box on) or look behind the TV or on the side to trace which cable goes to the DTV box is plugged into which HDMI port.
