Tv is constantly freezing

For the past week my tv has been constantly freezing. Nothing has changed in my end and haven’t had this problem before. I had it on 5g and just tried to switch to regular WiFi and it still freezes. Network connection says very good. I have tried to reboot everything and that didn’t work either. I also cleared my cache. I am getting very frustrated. Any help would be appreciated

Thank you for reaching out to us here, we'd love to help with your TV service concern. Is the freezing happening on all channel or one channel? Did you reset your receiver?

To get started, we suggest that you check to make sure that all connections are placed firmly into the device. Then try to reset your receiver by either unplugging it from power for 15 seconds or pressing and holding the red reset button for 10 -15 seconds.

Hi, I have done everything! It still freezes on several channels. I even called and they had me do several things and they refreshed on their end. It still froze. Then a manger came on and had me disconnect my fire stick and restart. It still does it!!! And now not only does freeze but it gets stuck and you here the same sound over and over again. Sometimes if I change the channel then switch back it will work. Sometimes it doesn’t work and I have to go a different channel.
