Tv provider not working that user id doesn't seem to work here

I keep getting that user id doesn't seem to work here i keep resetting nothing ‘happens

Please tell us what app you are trying to access. Also, you can try to reinstall the app to make sure you have the most updated version. You can also go into the app settings and clear the cache. Let us know if this works.
