Unable to create account to use DirecTV app

DirecTV installed at my house yesterday. Been trying to use the app for mobile viewing at work but cannot get past the "create account" part of the initial setup. Says it doesn't recognize my account info? I remember now why I left DirecTV 10 years ago as their customer service absolutely without question the worst on this or any other planet. Spent an hour on the phone with a booger eating fool of a human being who literally accomplished nothing! He then dumped me into the automated robo service to get off the line. Infuriating!

We understand how frustrating it is to be stuck in a registration loop, and we want to help you get signed into the DIRECTV App!

Are you able to sign in and access your account through myAT&T? 

If so, try signing into directv.com/entertainment with those credentials. Your myAT&T credentials should be the same information you use to sign into the DIRECTV App and other streaming apps and websites.

If not, try creating one through myAT&T by following the "Create one now" link under the Sign In button.
