Unable to log in from either iPhone or iPad app

I'm a new subscriber and excited to try out both iPhone and iPad DirecTV apps. However, I'm so disappointed that none of them works for me. It keeps telling me the email & password combination is not correct even though the same combination works fine when I log in from DirectTV.com web site. I also turn on "Clear Login at Startup" option but it still does not work. If anybody has any tips on how to get this thing working, please let me know.

P.S. Emailing Customer Support did not help since they did not offer any resolution to the problem:-(

Try uninstalling the app and reinstall it

Thanks for the tip. I already tried it and still does not work. I even tried to download the app via iTunes and synced it to my iPhone with the hope that it would solve the problem. In addition, I also re-authorized the receivers and changed username and password. Unfortunately none of these methods helps at all. Very disappointed.

I've tried all the same solutions & I am still having the same problem. I'm at a dead end. Don't know what else to do. VERY disappointing.
